Welcome: An Introduction by Dr. Sandy Gomez

Allow me to introduce myself! I am Dr Sandy Gomez,. I was born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in Ocala, Florida. Florida is my home away from home, and I truly would not have it any other way.

I knew from an early age that I wanted to care for others and be able to lift them to better health. My medical journey started in middle school when I had the opportunity to shadow medical professionals in a clinical setting, and my passion for medicine has only ever grown since then. I became a registered nurse when I was in my early 20s and while working with hospital patients and other medical providers, I realized I wanted to expand my own areas of practice and expertise.

I continued my medical journey and became a licensed family nurse, then pushed even further to obtain my Doctorate. I am very dedicated to my career and my patients; I love what I do. I have worked with an array of people in a variety of clinical and administrative settings and its made me a fairly knowledgeable and capable provider.

In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family (my son and partner) to the beach, as well as traveling to our home country of Colombia. My favorite hobbies include roller skating, jogging, and Merengue dancing. My son is an aspiring physical therapist, and I’m beyond proud and excited to guide him along in his pursuits.

My latest adventure begins right here, as a medical entrepreneur. I created Dynamic Healthcare telehealth to help patients be seen by their medical provider on-demand from the comfort and convenience of their home. Please feel free to navigate my webpage and email me with any questions.
