Please click on the Schedule Appointment button below to see my availability. If you need a date and time that is not available, please email me via the Contact Me page of this website I will do my best to accommodate you.

Self-pay patients are currently welcomed to schedule appointments.

Self-pay patients will receive billing guidelines during the scheduling process. The payment will be made via PayPal -follow the link.

All requests for cancellations/rescheduling need to be submitted at least an hour in advance of your appointment.

Please call 911 with any medical emergencies. If you need an after-hours telemedicine visit for a non-emergency medical concern, please make an appointment by clicking the Schedule Appointment button or emailing me through the Contact page of this site to request a specific time.
